Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Ready Products: Cancellation requests accepted only within 2 hours of placing the order. Cancellation charges from third-party payment platforms will be borne by the customer.
Customized Shopping Orders: Cancellation not accepted once payment released to the weaver/seller.
Weave-Your-Own-Saree: Strictly non-cancellable once order placed with weaver and payment made.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products delivered
- With unedited opening video evidence
Report damaged/defective/incorrect products within 2 days of receipt with an unedited opening video. Refunds processed and credited within 7 working days after product inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
We have a 7 days Return Policy. Returns accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Requirements:
- Unedited opening video required
- Product must be unused in original condition
- Original packaging required
- Sales/promotional items may be exempted from returns.
