Yes, our handloom sarees are lovingly woven by skilled artisans, often taking several days to complete each piece. However, to cater to different budgets and customer preferences, we also offer machine-made sarees alongside our handcrafted collections.

Our sarees come from traditional weaving clusters such as Kanchipuram, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and surrounding rural villages where handloom weaving is a way of life.

We work on a direct-to-consumer model, removing unnecessary middlemen. This allows artisans to receive fair compensation while customers get honest prices.

Absolutely. Each saree is quality-checked and sourced directly from experienced artisans who have been weaving for generations.

Handloom sarees take days or even weeks to weave by hand. The price reflects the skill, time, and craftsmanship involved.

Most sarees come with a blouse piece. If a saree does not include a blouse piece, it is clearly mentioned in the product description.

We photograph our products in natural daylight. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

First wash of all sarees should be dry-cleaned only. Further, Silk sarees should always be dry-cleaned. And Cotton, Mul cotton, and linen sarees can be gently hand-washed in cold water using mild detergent.

You can store sarees in the cover provided by us. Or keep them wrapped in cotton or muslin cloth in a cool, dry place. Also, remember to refold them every few months.

Yes. We offer a wide range including cotton, mul cotton, and linen sarees that are comfortable for daily or work wear.

Some designs are limited and may not be restocked. However, similar styles may be available depending on artisan availability.

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

Yes, we deliver pan-India through registered courier partners and India Post.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be applicable based on the destination and order value.

Yes, orders for ready products can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not accepted.

No. Customised and Weave-Your-Own-Saree orders are non-cancellable once the order has been placed with the weaver.

Please inform us within 2 days of delivery. You must share an unedited opening video showing the issue for us to process a return or refund.

Yes. An opening video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect product claims. Without it, returns or refunds cannot be processed.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
